Rudy,It is refreshing to hear the Tejano peviepctsre mentioned because the evolution into multicultural understanding requires a strong foundation from the participating cultures in the 21st century. If you don’t know where you come from; then you don’t know where you’re going. The music dialogue exists; therefore we must take it to the next level of community and educational conferences as well as music workshops involving writers, composers, professional performers, and music educators.
